-industries
Every location is different. Iām making generalized assumptions. Some locations may only have small corrections or no growth, while others will have a massive correction. Overall, the housing market will crash.
You need money to buy homes at discounted prices when the crash happens and pay unexpected expenses.
If you have a tenant who is not paying, and home prices are still strong, I would consider paying the tenant to leave, then sell ASAP.
Once you obtain dollars, you may want to invest in different types of money.
The dollar is not the only money.
